[01-05] GoldSrc/Source server updates (+ other stuff)

• Removed christmas hats from Retro-CS server

• Removed cbe_apache from Codename CURE map rotation (this map reached the limits of entities sometimes).

• Reduced HLRally server maxplayers to 8.

BTW, for those people who were still using our LGSL service, I decided to remove it temporarily as I am looking to make a new CSS style for the site as well as update it to the new version that came out (I will probably end up updating it to 7.0.0).

Also, I fixed a weird bug on MaPicDB which was causing new images not to be saved in their corresponding directories causing "get_pic.php" to return a unknown image on latest uploaded images. Dunno what caused this, but most probably it was me playing with some Coppermine options on the admin panel.
