[12-22] GoldSrc/Source server updates

• Removed rc_ifrit_b1 from HLRally server

• Added new maps (csv_hl2labsurvival, csv_vostok, csv_apts, cbe_wetmarket_v2) to the Codename CURE server

• Added 1 hour timeleft on the Codename CURE server

• Fixed wrong FastDL URL on the Codename CURE server (I wonder how the fuck can I manage gameservers with having these errors)

• Removed cbe_noamztunnels_d1_a1 and cbe_militbase from Codename CURE map rotation. Both of them were hard to understand for some players.

• Added a new pseudo-MOTD on chat on the Codename CURE server

• Added bot prefixes on names on the Codename CURE server

• Fixed FastDL redirect issues (oh fuck, I wonder what comes next...)

• Removed labflee from Sven Co-op 3.0 mapcycle (there's a secret teleporter where the scientist is hidden which skips half of the map and the end sequences are broken)
