[12-21] GoldSrc/Source server updates (+ some MaPicDB updates too)

Happy holidays!

I have recently been updating the MaPicDB website a bit. The design of the site changed to one with Quake 1 color palettes, as well as the index page, the footer indicating the CC0 license and small organizations with the albums. And there's also a new wiki to get more info about the project.
I would like to make also a Quake-like theme to the forums but for now I'm not interested on doing that.

And as for the servers...

• Fixed issues with FastDL webserver on some gameservers. Igloo Cafe's SSL certificate expired already a week ago and I ended up disabled the Igloo Cafe nginx virtual host instead because I no longer have any interest in using that domain anymore. Because of this many of the gameservers were configured to use Igloo Cafe's FastDL subdomain and as I mentioned earlier, this may have resulted in some users having to wait several minutes downloading custom stuff... I just now found out about this and have just fixed it, sorry.

• Readded rc_evolution to the HLRally server (I cannot believe this wasn't on the map rotation before lol)

• Fixed FastDL issues too with sc_subwaytrain on the Sven Co-op 3.0 server

• Updated bb_2fort on the BuzzyBots server to version 3

• Removed cbe_hotel_v3 from Codename CURE server (in a few words: poor optimized)
