[12-10] GoldSrc server updates: CHRISTMAS!!

Christmas is coming and as a celebration, players will now have Christmas hats until December 31!

If you're wondering, why not adding this on BuzzyBots?
Well...

Okay, in other news:

• Added version 2 of bb_2fort on the BuzzyBots server. If you already have this map installed remove it or you cannot join anymore!

• Added spawn protection plugin on the BuzzyBots server.

• Fixed spawnpoints on bb_blackwhite.

• Added this version 2 of "Jazzy Thing" on the BuzzyBots loading music queue.

• Removed all Arena Igloo Cafe leftovers.

• Updated servers with ReHLDS to latest dev build.

• Fixed BuzzyBots FastDL (I cannot believe it was broken all this time LMAO).

• Downgraded AMXX version of BuzzyBots server to 1.8.2 (cuz HamSandwich errors).

• Added more custom maps (camp w/ community fixes, acopz) on the Sven Co-op 3.0 server.
