Removed Galileo RTV from server; this plugin caused the next map to change to the same one over and over again on this game, so I decided to remove it. Instead I installed an AngelScript-based RTV plugin which works pretty nice.
Added spawn protection plugin.
Solved FastDL issues.
Solved crashes caused by Metamod-P APG (seems like it doesn't work anymore with the new SC update). I had to use this "Metamod-Fallguys" fork instead.
Readed the GHW Welcome plugin.
Added more classic maps.
Added wootguy's AntiBlock plugin.
Added an experimental glow plugin (use ".glow [red] [green] [blue]" in console).
Readded weapon damage and chargers durability as it was on the 3.0 server.
Disabled barnacle paralyze and reenabled NPC weapon drops.
Added unstuck plugin (use "unstuck" in chat).
HLRally
Enabled flashlight on rc_evolution.
Disabled protocol 47 due to recent spam abuse, sorry. Try finding another way to play if you don't have a HL Steam copy.

Due to limitations with the MOTD max characters on this mod, I decided to directly remove the MOTD message from this server. It will be replaced as a welcome messages like in the CURE server soon.

Enabled bunnyhop! (currently I'm testing it, most probably it will be disabled on CBE_ maps to avoid rushing).
Removed csv_minecraft_survival; too small, zombies didnt even spawn, flashlight is broken and seems like it was crashing some players.
Removed csv_cf_transport; there's a box that kills you if you try to jump or if you pass over there. I will try to fix this by myself later.
Removed csv_city; too small I guess, there's a building with a broken floor which kills you although the fall does not seem so large and it seems that too many players have passed through there as well.
Added more tips messages.
Added more custom maps.
Increased a little bit HP/AR regeneration percentage after killing zombies.
Modified sv_gravity to 800 like in Half-Life.
