[12-23] Codename CURE server updates

I recently updated the website's homepage with some christmas decorations (the headcrab one looks ugly I know). Also I decided to reorganize the gameservers forums as parent boards, order by game engines.

• Removed csv_industrial from server (actually shouldn't have been on the server in the first place but was still on the mapcycle for some reason).

• Added new maps (cbe_drn0_snowed_inn, csv_citadel, csv_trainstationplaza, csv_infectedbunker).
