[12-15] Sven Co-op 3.0 server updates

• Fixed WAD issues on some maps like sc_cliffside (for some reason the server was not loading them, I'm not sure if it's a map problem but I installed a precache plugin to fix this anyway)

EDIT: I saw the server for some reason crashed and got closed for hours and I cannot managed to see what happened. I will be looking at what caused this later.
